2009
«Siberian Industrial Holding» leads innovative activity in sphere of extraction and processing of placer minerals.
From August till October experimental-industrial works were held on Itmanovskoe titan-zirconium sand field in Lukoyanovskiy region of Nizhegorodskaya oblast. As a result quality rating of mineral and possibility of field development by HBM method were defined. “Firma Geostar” Ltd. (the subsidiary of Public corporation “Atomredmetzoloto”) is an initiator of the project. All works were held in close partnership with Public corporation “Krasnoyarskiy design and survey institute “VNIPIET”, FGUP «VIMS» and FGUP «IMGRE».
From May till June in Stavropolskiy territory (Gorniy) periodical stage of field operation was finished, these works were the part of the zircon-titanium deposit potential overestimation project. Public corporation “Koltsovgeology” with the support of Department of interior of the Earth in Stavropolskiy territory are initiators and customers of the project. «Siberian Industrial Holding» was engaged in detailed boring, armory and erection of special equipment, methodic and practical maintenance of development work. Recommendations on commercial production by HBM technology are worked out after finishing development work stage.
2008
“Siberian Industrial Holding” has got geological examination license of Kormilovskiy section of the glass sand deposit in Omsk Region. Trial hydraulic borehole mining showed effectiveness of the technology and high quality of derivable ore. All necessary project documentation and detailed business-plan for high-silica sand mining and processing enterprise construction has been worked out. Now we are looking for investors.
“Mineral Group” Limited Company (Holding’s subsidiary) registered license for zircon-titanium ore prospecting and extraction in Fillipovskiy section of Ordinskoe zircon-ilmenite deposit in Novosibirskiy Region. Test production of pool by HBM technology was carried out in the licensed region, and now all project documentation and business-plan for zircon-titanium (which is in short supply in Russia) mining and processing enterprise construction is getting ready for the use.
2005
“Siberian Industrial Holding” was founded. Gravel deposit development (prospecting, extraction and processing) and working out innovative technologies in this sphere became main objects of the company.
Holding has united several organizations of different orientation and a number of experienced specialists in sphere of hydraulic borehole mining (HBM) and processing of raw materials to achieve set goals.
2002
“Tarskaya mining-industrial Company” (Public corporation “TMIC”) was found. Its main aim was development of Tarskoe zircon-ilmenite deposit, which is situated nearby Tara in Omsk Region. In 2003 ore mining and processing enterprise started up, its basic technology was hydraulic borehole mining (HBM). Experiments, made on the enterprise, proved that this technology was economical, reliable and effective, and zircon-titanium ore concentration technology was sampled and assimilated.
2000
The group of specialists, who belong to constitutors of the company now, took out a patent for hydraulic borehole mining (HBM) technology invention. Patent documentation maintain description of the technology and its organization. Since that time patented process improved constantly, and now it can be used on almost all types of gravel deposits.
